Scott Pellman retired as a sergeant from the Mechanicsburg Police Department after 31 yrs. of service.  He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Administration of Justice.  His part time jobs include managing the Mechanicsburg Cemetery and working as a police officer for the Shiremanstown Police and the Mechanicsburg School District.
